“Although the product I ordered arrived promptly it was packaged in plastic. On further investigation you're product range is stacked full of plastic products - that's not gardening naturally!”

“It is attractive that the purchase of Nematodes is "Delivery Free". However, even allowing for delivery to be "one day either side of chosen day (15.03.22)" my package arrived 4 days later (19.03.22) when I knew I would be away. This is the second time this has happened. A more reliable mode of delivery is needed.”

“Difficult to complete a review as the order was dispatched in 2 parts and the 2nd part has been delayed. It is over a week since the order was was put in & I received notification of delay for the second delivery today.”

“Prompt delivery and efficient service. I ordered 7 bags of strulch but EACH bag came wrapped in a large carboard box (completely unnecessary), and EACH box contained the same pack of booklets and leaflets ! If you care about the environment don't use this company as they have made no effort to minimise waste.”

“The items were ok but dispatch and delivery was unacceptable, put it mildly it was RUBBISH, it let your company down MEGA badly, it’s easy to say sorry which is not good enough. Would have think about ordering again from past experience, you would need to improve your RELIABILITY. Graham Griffiths.”

“When ordered it stated 2-3 working days and I ordered on a Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday when I was out and then I had to wait another day for it to go back to Royal Mail office so missed another day and then did not get the item in time for my event!”

“I was informed that my order had been shipped on 23/08/2021. There has been no sign of it arriving at my address to date. 30/08/2021. I am assuming that Bank Holiday may have had some effect, otherwise Royal Mail has lost it, in which case they are performing as badly as the other couriers. I am hoping I am wrong and that the parcel will arrive tomorrow.”

“Setting up the the variable flexible hoops was a nightmare. Especially with envirion fine mesh covering. Needs far more instruction.”

“My order was processed quickly which is good. One container leaked a little; adhesive tape around the top could have prevented this. But my rating as 'poor is due to your sales of yellow sticky fly traps which are lethal to bats and small birds. They should be banned!”
