ordered on the 25th and hopefully being delivered today not a very quick turn around just hope it was worth the wait.

On the internet there was a choice of colours but when I went to buy them there was only 1 colour

Ordered some items to the value of about £4, then got charged around £4.50 for delivery and they still wanted 5-7 days for delivery, very disappointed.

Great products but had great difficulty as the website kept saying error when trying to click on a product. Had to give up when tried again the next day it still did it but not to such a great extent and managed to complete order. Goods arrived safely but looking at the flimsy over large box they were packed in with no packing inside was very surprised they were.

goods turned up leaking with a soggy box . to be fair it may be down to the carrier. note to GN ..... do the bloody lids up tight before freighting.

I ordered nematodes for vine weevil control to arrive on the 1st September. I was notified on Wednesday 2nd September that the order had been processed and it finally arrived on Monday 7th September. Although the package was within its use by date I am concerned that the nematodes has been in transit and not refrigerated for several days and may therefore be a waste. I have used them and hope for the best. Had better service from Defenders in the past.

The item I ordered required an additional piece that was not listed in the information on the website. So as of now, I can't use what I ordered. Shipping was also a bit pricey, so now to order one extra piece makes my purchase more than I would have liked to spend. Website was easy to use, and delivery was on time. However, I am unlikely to shop here again.

Netting dimensions were scant, order more than you think you need, also wasted a lot because it had to have large overlaps to cover manufacturing defects

The frame and netting was delivered to the wrong location due to the incorrect address on the labels. The delay this caused allowed four rows of 80 superb brassica plants to be stripped completely by birds. I was gutted

Only reviewing as request to review has come before the goods have. Delivery advised as 4-7 days at time of shipment advice which was 8 days ago. Not much more to add except pls ensure goods have arrived before you request review. Richard Pearce

Hi, I'm very sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived. You placed the order on the 12th and it was shipped on the 14th with royal mail on a 48 hour service. Due to the current situation from Covid 19 we are seeing some delays on orders taking up to 10 days to arrive once posted. Service was quick and products were as described. HOWEVER we ordered a length of 10 meters of fleece and the piece we received was only 9 meters in length. DISAPPOINTING

Due to a poor image of the product on Facebook the items ordered where unsuitable. Invoice also stated a cataloue was enclosed, it was not.
