“I am very happy with the company and the catalogue. However, the packaging was very poor and the box of slug pellets was broken leading to pellets scattered in the box. I have emailed about this but not heard anything from the company.”

“the first order was brilliant but I didn't order enough. I tried to order 6 more but had trouble accessing the site to be told you had none. Rather sad after the excellent service.”

“Poles fine. fittings fine, net absolute rubbish because it was massively undersized. I ordered 6M x 5M and it would not fit the frame. I tore it trying to stretch it and had to get additional net elsewhere”

“Some products were disappointing - the bee houses had missing bits of bamboo and the tree guards were solid so no use on anything but a single twig sapling. The bird boxes are poorly made with the roofs not being stapled on properly”

“Ordered for next day delivery but delivery took 5 days. This wasn't any good as i work away for 2 week periods so Nematodes were a waste of money as i went away the day before they arrived.”

“Long years we was ordering Nemaslug. It's was brilliant product TILL this year - absolutely DISAPPOINTED... IT'S NOT WORKING ANY MORE 😩😣 amount looks small and vet in pack & and slugs continue walk happy 😭 This year - wasted money 😩”

“I selected a date for dispatch of nemtodes however they sent them immediately so they say in our post box for days. They arrived with no label and no instructions. I asked customer services for instructions. No reply. Not particularly impressed”

“I bought the nemaslug, having bought it before and had success. This time is was sticky rather than powdery, and it doesn't seem to have worked: my veggies haven't survived the onslaught of slugs.”

“Prompt delivery but having read info re their vegiemesh insect netting which I understood would last for a few years I was disappointed to find the pipe clips that they supply to secure the netting are really too tight and fitting them on to the mesh I expected to be easy, no one said anything. Putting on the first clip I damaged the mesh fiddling about with more I did manage to get most on without too much damage. I was anticipating being able to remove the clips easily and safely. We are protecting our salad crops so need daily access. The fiddle of struggling to fit the clips without damaging the mesh is too much. I have cast them aside and instead used some of the clips stall holders use to secure their sheeting to frames they are dead easy. This does allow us easily to pick crops without panicking about damage, after all their comments when I wrote to them said they have had minimal complaints. One hole in such mesh soon defeats the idea of it being insect proof. Sure would be fine with tougher material but they did not advise that”
