Hi, I am very sorry to see this. From the order it appears that the black rods for the modular kits were purchased, with this kits, 2 rods and a joiner are needed to make a full hoop. If you are no longer wanting the product, this can be returned to us as long as they are in an unused, resaleable condition for a refund. Please let me know if you have any other questions. “Bird netting and cage and butterfly netting and cage arrived quickly, was super easy to assemble with instructions, sturdy frame and is currently doing a great job of protecting plants.Would definitely order from this company again.”

“I found Gardening Naturallys web site very easy to navigate. They have a wide range of products. I bought the Quad grow self watering planters which were responsible priced. They also sell spare feeder Matt's and filters which will need replacing at some point. The items were well packed and they put one of their Catalogues in the box too.”

“I have bought several things from gardening naturally. More recently leather jacket nematodes and copper brassica collars. They both arrived within a few days and I was kept updated on delivery dates. All arrived in good condition and promptly. I would recommend gardening naturally for good quality product reasonably priced too.”
