“Slug nematodes - slow delivery. This is a live product, but the parcel was delayed and circulating around for days before being delivered. I've watered them in, but I'm not sure if they'll still be effective.”

Hi, I am very sorry ti see this. We dispatched the order on 28th May on a Tracked 24 service with Royal mail, these are showing as delivered on 31st, we advise that nematodes are fine in transit for up to 4 days unless the weather is especially hot. They will usually have an incredibly off-putting, pungeunt smell if they have gone off, as opposed to their natural earthy smell. Please let us know if you have any other questions. “I received the net cage but it does not come with the net? I read through the details and thought that it did. I dont understand why you would sell one without. Not very satisfied to have to buy the pegs separately, the pinms seperately and now the net.”

We offer this as an option because some customers have netting that they wish to use with the frame and don't need additional netting. Please elt us know if you have any other questions.
