“Have been using garden naturally since few years now, started when I had to resolve annissue with chafer bugs Their product worked very well and I'm now used to treat my lawn every 6 months. I also contacted for another issue with a different bug affecting some bushes and they advised on right product again. Good support, quick shipment, worth the cost if you love your grass and bushes :)”

“Fast delivery. The nematodes are the easiest ones to use as they mix really well so no blockages in the feeder. Strongly recommend you apply with the hose end feeder. Applied a few days ago so no idea whether they have worked yet but I’m sure they will”

“I needed a specific gardening tool that had been sold out in all UK suppliers and new supplies were not under manufacture at that time (Spring). Gardening Naturally (GN) took details of my requirement and recently let me know the item was back in stock, delivery was within 24 hours. That is quality service indeed, many thanks GN”

Hi, I am sorry to see this. We can see an order for a catalogue only, this was dispatched on 3rs September, we don't post the catalogues on a Tracked service, soemtimes they can be delayed or lost in transit. If you email us at sales@gardening-naturally.com, we would be happy to send it on a Tracked 24 service with Royal mail. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards Gardening Naturally

“Delivery was too top. Ordered treatment Nematode for chafer grub. . Did everything by the book. Scarified lawn prior to use then measured lawn, divided it up, prepped lawn completely, bought watering can rose from this company but when makip up solution, the powder just remained clumpy despite mixing, mixing and mixing. Tried to contact customer services to find out why but couldn't find link to discuss as I purchased as visiting customer. Not Impressed”

Hi Angela, I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the product. The nematodes are a live product so consistency between batches can vary. We would advise for any clumps, you can break these down with your fingers, it is not uncommon to have some small clumps within the solution, it is where the nematode powder is more concentrate so can be harder to break up. All our batches are quality tested to ensure that they are working as expected. The nematodes will work as required, even if there a few lumps onto the soil directly, and when the soil is watered, this should further break down over time and keeping up that barrier of protection. Please let me know if you have any questions. Kind regards Gardening Naturally
