“A great range of really useful products, excellent quality and dispatched really quickly. The small aluminium hoop frame is sturdy and the perfect height for a brassica patch, with butterfly netting to keep the cabbage whites away (sorry butterflies!).”

Ordering online is very simple, especially if you have the code number from the catalogue. There is also a facility to be alerted when out-of-stock items become available again.”

“I have ordered Nematodes for many years from Gardening Naturally and always receive prompt and efficient service. Nematodes are excellent for keeping slugs and snails away from my summer bedding.”

“Slug nematodes ... they work! Especially good in a smaller garden, I think(4M x 9M). Snail population down also. Has worked well in wet and dry summers. Even just 1 application is good, but I prefer to do 3, at 6 week intervals.”

“My order was processed only after I emailed them asking when it will be delivered. Then was told it will be dispatched that day, still no confirmation email. Next day I was told it will be dispatched on that day and I will get it in a couple of days. I paid for 2-3 days delivery and received it after a week, missing the delivery because I was abroad. Asked for a delivery fee refund, but was refused one. Not to mention the attitude I received from customer service and I actually never found out who emailed me, they never put their names in their emails. So if you want your order delivered on time, order from another website.”

Hi, I am really sorry to see that there has been an issue with this order. I am very sorry to see that there was a delay with the dispatch for this order, I have raised this with our warehouse manager to ensure that this is dealt with accordingly. I will issue a full refund for the postage now on this order. As a company, we endevour to resolve all issues quickly and effieciently, in which case it is procedure to add our name to the bottom of any responses directly to us so that the matter can be dealt with with the same team member where possible unless is not required, I will raise this with our team. If you would no longer like the item, please email us at sales@gardening-naturally.com requesting a pre-paid label for the goods and we will supply this to you for the goods to be returned for a full refund.
