“I ordered ladybird larave to be shipped week commencing 26th May. They turned up without warning the week before (i.e. 20th May) no email alert and I was not expecting the delivery that week. Since then I received an email stating the items would be shipped 2nd June. Nothing has arrived. Inconsistentency.”

Hi, I am very sorry to see this. I can see the order placed for delivery date week commencing 26th May, I am very sorry to hear that this had arrived sooner. From the order, it appears that only 1 pack of these has been ordered, once these are marked as delivered on our system, you will receive an automated email to let you know that the order has been shipped, however you won't receive an additional delivery, this email is generated for invoicing purposes only. If you were unable to use the ladybird larvae or would like to speak to us regarding the early dated delivery, please email us at sales@gardening-naturally.com and we would be happy to investigate this further for you. “I made an order 22nd May for a blue wheelbarrow that was supposed to be available. I was contacted to say blue was unavailable and would I like a refund or green or pink. I ordered green, then nothing. I chased and was told they would check supplier, nothing , I contacted again. Today 9th June a voicemail received said blue unavailable would I like green. It’s been so long they thought I was a new customer. I was shocked to see they had a large business and good reviews. I can’t believe the poor service, still waiting and of course my money has already been received.”
