“Your delivery company APC delivered to wrong address, luckily this had happened before with another delivery driver from another company so person at wrong address brought item around to me. They went to 55 Archery Road not 55 Strongbow Road. Not even same postcode.”

“The ordered item arrived today and is as described and perfectly satisfactoy, thank you. However, following your confirmation of my order last Saturday, I received no further communication from you at all regarding either it's date of despatch or method of delivery. Consequently I had no means of knowing how or when it was likely to arrive and, inevitably, I was out when FedEx tried, unexpectedly, to deliver it. Fortunately they were able to leave it with my neighbour. I've had items delivered this week by Yodel and DPD both of whom notified me in advance by email when they were going to deliver, but regrettably no such information from FedEx was forthcoming. Perhaps, at least, notification of despatch and chosen method of delivery from you would be helpful, if not use of a courier who has better communication practices.”

“Poorer quality than expected for the price. Not enough eyelets to hold it in place. Sold as “All weather” table and chairs cover but keep out of windy conditions! Would have returned it but urgently needed at the moment.”

“The website is inviting and offered a wide selection of items at reasonable prices. I was really happy to have found what looked like the ideal cover. Unfortunately the item has still not been delivered and it is proving difficult to speak to Customer services to find out why there is a delay.”

“Very pleased with the covers, would have been excellent review based on second order which arrived the very next day but the main order took 4.5 weeks. Had response to enquire though website but given no useful information and have never received order or delivery confirmation. Make sure you take a note of your order No.”

“Ordered a new garden furniture cover as old one (2years) had split and crumbled. Disappointed as this one was supposed to be the better range. There is only 12 months guarantee on the superior cover apparently?”

“Fast service, but the cover is looking like it is too big. It was very hard to measure and decide what size was best (for a triangular table with circular sides) and I found it very confusing regarding the extras I could add. I thought I had added elastic ties, buckle straps and grommets at intervals so I could thread a line through them, but the cover arrived with none of these. Like the vertical 'mast' to raise the cover so rain runs off - but that made the measuring even harder.”

“I’ve given a three star due to the measurements of the cover. The quality did seem very good. I’ve re-ordered a cover to fit a 6-8. Delivery & ease of use for the website was very good. Free next day delivery was excellent, but did have the edge taken off by having to pay £11 odd for returning the cover. So check measurements, don’t do what I did & accept a table & 4 chairs is a fit for all!”

“Very good quality fitted my whole 8 seater round set only down side is only has a pull cord on one side at the bottom which I cannot pull tight enough to keep it in place unfortunately cover blew off in a strong wind. Could help if it had straps on the bottom which you could wrap round chair legs or a strap you could wrap around the furniture”

“Your delivery service is poor. I would like the delivery operative to be able to leave goods as instructed by the customer. The product i received is fine but I would shop around in the future.”

“The cover fits over my 6 chairs and table and covers them fully. It isnt very secure when its windy and no toggle to tighten it round the bottom of the chairs. If we didnt secure it down ourselves it would have blown away.”
