“excellent service”

“Placed an order for a table cover and expected delivery a few days later. Nothing came - no email advisory and no item. Waited several more days until the end of the week and then phoned them to query the order. They had it but had somehow forgotten to actually process it and get it dispatched. It would be dealt with on the following Monday! In the meantime I was asked to write this review...They could have couriered it more speedily but have chosen not to do so. Haven't seen it yet but let's hope it was worth the wait.”

“The order came on time with good notification of time of delivery. Very pleased with the quality of the product and the sizing. Had a draw string base but unfortunately this is almost impossible to pull tight so am using clips to the table legs instead. Only time will tell how the cover and the clips stand up to winter weather.”

“I was looking for a more unusual size cover for a 2 chair and table on my balcony. Just the right size was in the large selection on line and delivery by courier included in the price. Very pleased with it.”
