“..the wrong cover was sent intially, but very quickly a replacement was sent out. The cover itself seems to be nice thick material, size is accurate and so fits very well and there are lots of eyelets and bungy-cords to tie down against bad weather! Happy with my purchase.”

“Chose a green Premium cover for our patio dining set. This was a replacement for the furniture manufacturer's own cover. The delivery came quicker than I was expecting and I was able to cover the furniture before the forecast rain showers. Happy with the quality. Some nice features such as the tensioner straps that help draw the loose fabric in around the legs of the end chairs. I prefer the supplied bungee cords to the threaded type on my original furniture cover, as I can place them more strategically. So far so good! The cover has repelled the rain well and the recent wind did not dislodge the cover despite it billowing up in the middle. Only time will tell how well the cover will endure the elements in the coming years, but there has been a promising start.”

“Order placed 10th October, paid via PayPal. Receipt received from PayPal immediately. However, to date (14th) I have received no communication from Garden Furniture Covers, no acknowledgement of my order or payment, and no order number. The only contact from them, bizarrely, has been this request for a review. I have been given no indication of when my order will be/has been shipped and, therefore, I have no means of tracking my order. This is simply not good enough. If I could award zero stars, I would.”

“After ordered, I had to chase them twice to despatch it, several weeks passed I assumed they had sent it but not received it, only to find that it had not left them. Finally, after the second chase, it was sent and duly arrived the next day. Matter now closed.”
