“Quick to respond to my order on 26 April, but after 13 weeks of waiting I still don't know if it is on its way. I know we are in difficult times but in the meantime I have ventured into a local store complete with mask and bought what I need. So a full refund would now be more welcome.”

“After a week I sent an email and within 24hrs received a response to say that the order would be dispatched. Only part of the order arrived and I had to photograph the packaging to customer services. I was told that the remaining part of my order would arrive shortly. I was lucky to receive the second parcel, as the name of my house had suddenly become my surname and another house name was put in place of my house name. Thankfully, a lady living in the same road delivered my parcel late that evening. What a shambles! Not a very good experience and hopefully the dispatch team will get their act together. The products are good and I had no problem with my previous order.”
