“I ordered a furniture cover on Sunday and received an order confirmation a couple of hours later. That was the last contact l had from you until a telephone call today Wednesday from a delivery driver asking where the house was. No confirmation of dispatch or tracking details or estamated day of delivery. It was lucky the driver rang as I wasn't at home and told him where to leave it otherwise he would have taken it back. A very poor service. B Buckton”
