“This review is being left 12 months after purchase. The initial order and delivery experience was as expectations - nothing out of the ordinary e.g. you order, they process it arrives a few days later. Unfortunately the product and aftercare are equal as poor with little regard on follow-up. Having purchase 3 large covers during the 12 month period all covers had weathered thin and either let water in (spoiling my covers underneath) or ripped. While I don't expect these products to last forever I certainly expect them to last a full set of annual weather cycles or more. The customer care was shocking. Had to chase them twice, received a response which was far off tough S**t, despite asking for follow-up dialogue. Radio silence! Much happier with my Amazon purchase with outstanding support/aftercare. Don't waste your money here on these products.”

“The product arrived well ahead of schedule. I have opened up the packaging and looked at it and it seems to be well made and of good quality. However, we have yet to actually use the cover as the furniture has not yet arrived.”

“I ordered 3 outdoor covers all the same size. Two of the covers delivered according to the label were slightly smaller than that ordered but actually they were slightly bigger than the size needed so I was more than happy.”

“Well I ordered the item and the page refresed so I lost my order number. I also have not had an confirmation email from yourselves, so hopefully I'll receive the goods on or around the14th June. So I'll review your company when the cover arrives.”

“Product colour degrades in the sun, and tears easily, not as advertised . Didn't last. Customer services are also awful, fishing for an excuse not to warrant an expensive product. Get your covers elsewhere.”
