“I received conformation of my order via email. The money went out of my bank account the day after my order. It has now been 20 days since my order & I have not received my purchase. There is no expected delivery date & no way of tracking my order. This morning I am now on my 4th phone call to the company & have just spoken to a member of staff. The other phone call were not answered. I have now got a delivery date & expressed my concerns of lack of communication. Ability to track an order is a basic request from myself as a consumer.”

“Disappointed after one year of use. Bench cover badly faded and outer material degraded on both ends of arm rest and back uprights, causing tears. Customer service blamed pooling of water which was impossible in the areas where the tears were. It survived barely a year although purchased at the end of 2019 it only came out of the packet in June 2020 as the bench had wintered in the shed. I have purchased a replacement elsewhere. It is not often that I write a one star review.”

“We have been looking for ages to find garden furniture but always out of stock until we found Rattan Garden Furniture they had plenty of choice and all in stock, we ordered the Champagne Lyon 5 piece lounge set no problem with the order and arrived on time well packed. We also got a discount which always helps, would highly recommend Rattan Furniture great service many thanks.”
