“On 11th Sept I order Product No W1392 and paid the price. My Order was achnowledged and given the Number GFC--- 00045551. I have heard nothing since and their website said I could expect deluvery in 7 days. Tried 3 occasions to phone them but nobody answers the phone. Very poor customer relations. If they cannot deliver my item then I would like a refund of my £22.99.”
