“Extremely quick delivery(over night)with notification of delivery time slot. The garden bench cover looks and feels strong.Easy to put on the garden bench with easy drawstring.The only down side was that there could have been extra ties round the legs as the wind gets up under the cover.”

“This is written just 24 hours after I fitted the garden table cover. The cover itself is great quality (but I'll know better in 6 months after the winter). But it has a terrible thin piece of string to tighten the bottom (stops it blowing away) and a useless clasp to hold it tight. A few decent eyelets and much thicker cord are needed. I've ordered an eyelet machine and some rope to do the job myself. So that's added £50 to the cost. What a pity.”

“Poor customer service - I cancelled my order. When I placed the order, the cover was on back order, which was OK, however there was no contact once the expected ship date had passed without me prompting. They then said they didn't know when the item would arrive, when I asked them to advise an alternative they said everything I needed was on the website, they offered no help what so ever. So I'll spend my money elsewhere assuming the refund arrives....”
