“Good quality, thick, cover at a reasonable price. Happy with this product. Also, I'd contacted customer services as it wasn't delivered to expected timescale (I was aware item was on pre-order only at the time of purchase). Naomi contacted me back very promptly advising the stock was delivered slightly later than expected and was arriving 'as we speak'. Indeed I received my delivery a couple of days later. As previously mentioned very happy with the product and the service I received. Would recommend this company.”

“Advise not to use awful service, no confirmation of order, so far waited early four weeks for delivery, when chased was told my order was being dispatched next week... we will see if it arrives? Strange this is the payment was taken straight away. Will never buy from here again.”

“Bad customer service, rude staff, Pre ordered my cover at the beginning of Aug for delivery for the 4th sept, the cover never arrived I called to check I was advise sot would then be delivered on the 4th sept I then called again baring in mind no emails no mags to explain delays I called and all I got was it’s in the post it’s arriving tomorrow, Its not the 25th September and I have yet to receive anything.. save yourself the time money and hassle, when I asked for a refund they told me wait till the product arrives and we will arrange for collection. Rude staff who hang up on you.. Never again would I buy from this company ever again.”

“Great variety of products and practical solutions to my garden needs Online ordering was a little confusing with pre-ordering items for a date already in the past. Had to do order twice as discount code was quickly passed on an early page as opposed to the payment page. Too easy to miss. Worth taking the time to get a well thought out and good quality product”
