“We have had a notification that the parcel has been delivered to a safe place despite being at home. No parcel has been delivered We have a photo to show proof of delivery.. NOT our door When we eventually located our rotary cover displaying the correct address, the blame lies with the Royal Mail's carelessness in poor delivery and not with the company. We are very satisfied with the Premium Rotary Line Cover.”

“Following my previous one star review after not receiving replies to my emails about a missing item from my order, I received a message saying the missing item was on its way. However I have now been sent two more of the items I did receive and therefore do not need. The incompetence of this company is unbelievable.”
