“Great customer service and engagement. I bought a Gozney Roccbox and was contacted to say the one I ordered was out of stock. They offered me a different colour and next day delivery. Great service and I would recommend them. The pizza oven arrived as promised and is fantastic.”

“I just wanted to say thank you for the service and delivery of my Masterbuilt 800. It is assembled, pre-seasoned and in use (see attached picture – yep decided to go big and smoke a Wing Rib)! Your service was great – very good communication and parcels arrived on time (my chasing was unnecessary). Assembly was easy.”

“Ordered a Komado Joe. Got a phone call a little later to confirm the order and discuss any add ons. This could sound like up-selling, but when making a large purchase I appreciate the after-sale contact to make sure I'm getting what I want. Delivered next working day by a local palate courier with a few extra bits to boot.”
