“Good service. I liked the fact they rang me up after the order and the staff were helpful. However, the delivery organisation was a saga. Gardenbox are not open from Thursday after 5 until Monday which did cause some issues.”

“Ordered A Napoleon Gas BBQ On A Saturday, Order Acknowledged Straight Away, Delivery Scheduled On Monday And Arrived Thursday, Just 5 days after ordering even though it was ordered at the weekend. You can't really do better than that. It was end of season clearance with a good reduction in price and arrived brand new in box. My experience couldn't have gone any better. Thank You.”

“Recently bought a bbq from garden box. I can honestly say it's the best place to shop for a bbq, mark gave us great advice and showed us all the models most of them were available to see in the fantastic showroom. Even though we bought a model online, he gave us the option to choose a different one once we visited the showroom, we were more than happy with our purchase. Thanks again for your help. “Great customer service and engagement. I bought a Gozney Roccbox and was contacted to say the one I ordered was out of stock. They offered me a different colour and next day delivery. Great service and I would recommend them. The pizza oven arrived as promised and is fantastic.”

“I just wanted to say thank you for the service and delivery of my Masterbuilt 800. It is assembled, pre-seasoned and in use (see attached picture – yep decided to go big and smoke a Wing Rib)! Your service was great – very good communication and parcels arrived on time (my chasing was unnecessary). Assembly was easy.”

“Ordered a Komado Joe. Got a phone call a little later to confirm the order and discuss any add ons. This could sound like up-selling, but when making a large purchase I appreciate the after-sale contact to make sure I'm getting what I want. Delivered next working day by a local palate courier with a few extra bits to boot.”
