“Very impressed with the service of Garden Box. While I initially was apprehensive when the status of the order remained as ‘preparing for shipping’ for longer than I would have expected, via email and phone discussions with Garden Box they went above and beyond to explain to the way stock is delivered to them weekly (that way it doesn’t sit for months, and is ‘fresh’ to them), let me know when it’ll be shipped, and how efficient the courier service was. Will definitely be ordering from Garden Box again, for both their wide range of products their stock and their customer service.”

“Great dealing with Rick at Gardenbox he put a lot of thought into what we wanted and made some great suggestions we have been really happy with the outcome and have been enjoying our kitchen, I'd highly recommend Gardenbox if your looking for an outdoor kitchen and bbq.”

“Ordered and paid in full for an outdoor sink which turned out to have a delay in stock availability that wasn’t originally clear. However, Gardenbox answered my queries really quickly and arranged delivery straight from the importer to save further time in getting the sink to me. Super impressed with the way my purchase was handled.”

“Amazing service, great value and fantastic BBQ! Ordered online just before lunch on Friday and the BBQ arrived early Saturday morning. Really exceptional service - I had forgotten to include the rotiserrie too and Garden Box called me to check the order and delivery date and reminded me that that was not included and helped me add it to the order. Highly recommend”
