“The service I have received from Garden Box has been excellent. Since my first email I sent about a product which was answered promptly with a phone call back, providing me with the information I required. Secondly it was good to feel I was under no pressure in buying the product I had enquired about and Rick, who I spoke to was very knowledgable what I wanted. Thanks.”

“Ordering and receiving an update was simple. I had to chase a delivery date and waited in but it didn't arrive. I called Gardenbox who were sorry about the failed delivery and rearranged for Saturday. To improve the system it would be good to have a tracking number so we can track the order”

“Very happy although not used the BBQ yet as it's still winter. Slight delay arriving but was due to the popular winter sale ( best time to buy ) and was not in a hurry for it. Put it together nice and easy, coming from a fabrication background it was quality made and all fitted together well . The proof will be in the cooking”

“The service and support I have received from at Garden Box has been superb. I ordered a Whistler Broadway barbeque from their website and have spoken to both Mark & Steve at Garden Box about various things (all of which are down to me - there was no faults at all with the product). They couldn't have been more helpful in checking my queries with the manufacturer and calling me back. With regards to the barbeque itself it is of a very high quality. I carried out quite a bit of research before purchasing and believe that the Whistler Broadway is the best value barbeque at the price Garden Box are currently selling it for. I would highly recommend both Garden Box and Whistler barbeques.”
