“Amazing service, great value and fantastic BBQ! Ordered online just before lunch on Friday and the BBQ arrived early Saturday morning. Really exceptional service - I had forgotten to include the rotiserrie too and Garden Box called me to check the order and delivery date and reminded me that that was not included and helped me add it to the order. Highly recommend”

“I first contacted garden box with a query. The response was quick. I then placed an order for the whistler tilbury. The bbq was shipped Ina. Pallet it reached me in a good timely manner in perfect condition. From start to finish correspondence and service has been excellent. Thank you for such a good service. I highly recommend anyone purchasing from garden box”

“Purchased a Bibury 3 from Gardenbox and both email and phone contact with Steve prior to purchase was excellent. The unit arrived within 7 days but was unfortunately severly damaged during transit. I emailed Steve photos and he called me within 10minutes and arranged for Whistler to send out a replacement unit which arrived in 2 days in perfect condition. Very happy with the response from Steve at Gardenbox and Whistler. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment out of the Bibury. The Gardenbox price was £300 less than the next cheapest advertised price for this unit and in some cases £900 cheaper.”

“Bought a Whistler BBQ with big discount & couldn’t believe price. Called shop & spoke to Steve who was very reassuring so I went ahead with purchase. Fantastic service, I asked for in to be delivered within the week & we agreed a day. BBQ was delivered on time! Great service ! Thank you!”

“I made a bit of a snap decision to buy a BBQ that was on a fantastic price with Garden Box one weekend, after completing the transaction I did worry if it was too good to be true and contacted them first thing Monday morning to chat. All the advice I got was helpful and friendly and I was told if I was having second thoughts they could cancel the order and get a full refund no problem. In the end I drove down the the store to see the BBQ and was again greeted in a friendly and helpful way. Based on the service I got I would definitely recommend Garden Box if your thinking about anything they sell”

“Absolute gents. 100 satisfied with transaction price and delivery. They were knowledgeable friendly and professional. Each time I called you answered or rang me back The items are outstanding quality and in the 5 days we've had the bbq we have used it 3 times I have no hesitation in recommending Gardenbox based in this purchase and I'd go to them if I needed something else similar”

“I ordered a bbq but unfortunately it was out of stock. I spoke to Steve who talked me through alternative bbq’s and recommended one to me that was on special offer. There was no pressure to buy and it was made clear I could have a refund if I chose. I did buy the recommended bbq and am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend Garden Box.”

“I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to do so on this occassion. What an incredible BBQ... a serious upgrade from my previous two webbers (Genesis 2) where the undercarrage and legs simply rotted away in under 5 years being so close to the coast. (Despite having a cover on, the stand is made of cheap, horrible metal which rusted away and cause the casters to eventually fall off). This is a proper BBQ which will stand the test of time... Sure, it's epxensive, but I've paid twice so don't make the same mistake. This is a great product and having had this for a few weeks would argue it's actaully worth every penny. Brilliant!”
