“Service great , delivery good , update once all instored and working”

“Ordering and receiving an update was simple. I had to chase a delivery date and waited in but it didn't arrive. I called Gardenbox who were sorry about the failed delivery and rearranged for Saturday. To improve the system it would be good to have a tracking number so we can track the order”

“Ordered an expensive BBQ online with Garden Box, only to find out there was an issue with it being dispatched. Once I made them aware things soon got sorted. I have to say the quality of the product is outstanding and well worth the wait. I'm still waiting on the pizza stone, but I have been promised it will arrive soon. I would certainly recommend Garden Box, amazing value for money.”

“Good service. I liked the fact they rang me up after the order and the staff were helpful. However, the delivery organisation was a saga. Gardenbox are not open from Thursday after 5 until Monday which did cause some issues.”

“Hi, Just a quick note to say thank you for your service. I bought a Napolean 500 pro Grill from you guys along with several accessories. Very helpful advice and the BBQ arrived within a week. Although the cover was missing from the pallet it was posted out for the following week. Thank you again. I am sure I will be back for more.”
