“Very good product - pleased at quality and appearance. The onlt negative was that some of the pre formed fitting cut outs were not true so needed work to get to fit together.”

“It would have been Very good if it had some corner supports. I made some up Myself & fitted. It has made a big difference. Long ones for the square corners & short ones for the curve.”

“I love the final result- especially after painting! The wood in few areas splits when attaching the screws but not affecting the look. I also have used extra screws for the seating itself, for extra reinforcement.”

“Delivery was timely, but delivery person wouldn't bring the crate over the threshold. Had to be left outside the front door. until I could get someone to take it apart piece by piece and take to the garden. The product itself needed a lot of sanding down due to splinters and uneven surfaces. Overall happy with my purchase and would buy from garden chic again.”

“Purchased the Forest Garden Contemporary Double Slatted Fence Panels. They took longer than the estimated delivery time, a bit disappointed as I had called to check before placing order. However, the panels were a good price and they are of a good quality.”

“Very pleased with my wheelbarrow very strong construction with nothing to put together as it came complete, however the wheelbarrow had no protective packaging and had obviously received some heavy handed treatment and was missing loads of powder coating finish all over, this is not a cheap product so I was disappointed.”

“Excellent service, very quick delivery. However, although we had ordered a Westminster bench, we actually received a Cheltenham bench. But as the products were quite similar in design, we decided to keep the bench delivered to us. Overall we are happy with this product.”

“Good delivery, well packaged. Very sturdy arbour, larger than I expected . Still in process of assembly. Although instructions are pretty clear it would have helped to have some pre-drilled holes as a guide. Currently having a problem fitting cornerback trellis but I will get there. So far it looks amazing and I am sure will look even better when completed.”

“I recently purchased a Tiered Raised Bed Planter. It arrived very quickly and suits my purpose perfectly. The only criticism I have is that it was supplied without any securing fastenings. A packet of screws would have been useful.”
