“I ordered an Haemmerlin wheel barrow in the Black Friday sales to get the best price and asked for it to be delivered the week after as I was on holiday. I came home to find the wheel barrow in my front garden and had been delivered whilst I was away, despite I believe Garden Chic sending an email to the supplier for delivery the week I'd asked for, the barrow could have quite easily have been stolen. So although possibly not garden chic's fault, marked down 1 star for this issue.”

“My small storage bench arrived ok. Delivery man left it outside as I was not at home. There was no indication of what day it was going to arrive and I felt it took quite a long time before I received it. (14 days- which it does warn on the website). But happy with the product and haven’t seen anything like it anywhere else. Prices was reasonable too.”

“I ordered a picnic bench set from Garden Chic and at £395 thought it would be a good purchase, but when it arrived I wasn't very happy with the quality. Quite a lot of the timbers had cracks in them which is not good for an item that has to stand out in our varying British climate, also some of the timbers were not finished properly and were very rough. The picnic table was delivered straight from the manufacturer, so Garden Chic were not responsible for the quality of the product, but should investigate the quality of items they are selling if not on site. The manufacturing company collected the picnic table without any problems after my complaint and Garden Chic refunded the full amount once the goods were returned to base.”

“BBQ arrived well packaged and quickly. Some of the panels needed straightening our but as they are quite thin it was simple enough. Pleased with the look and having 2 adjustable height cooking trays is excellent.”
