“Very happy with both the service I received and the product I purchased! my order only took 2 or 3 days to arrive which was excellent and the small wooden shed that I bought is lovely. Very neat and extremely easy to put together.”

“This furniture set is great value for money. The instructions advised two people required to build it. The chairs take much longer than the table to put together but they are study and comfortable when built. I emailed to find out about delivery dates and I was responded to in a timely manner, delivery arrived before the estimated date which was also great. Would purchase again. Great size table and chair set with room to set the table even with the fire pit in place. 10/10”

“Bought a plastic Rubicon shed, size is 8x6 and so far very impressed. Quick delivery and at a reasonable cost. Instructions were easy to follow although it said 2 man task I did manage on my own. I would recommend this shed.”

“The item I purchased (twice in error - once by me and one by my sister not realizing I had purchased) was lovely. Very nice. However I will NEVER buy from here again due to the rude and downright nasty man that picked up the phone to me when I called to explain I wanted one of the orders to be cancelled. Stay away - far far better (and politer) customer service in many other places. Stay away from here is my opinion unless rude boy has left - I may have made an error due to dealing with cancer and chemo but they way he is on phone is shameful”

Dear Daniela, You ordered twice and contacted us to cancel the order. We needed to establish that the item was not already in transit to you which took a couple of hours, but then cancelled your second order the same day. Your refund was then actioned immediately. You were not happy that upon cancelling an order the funds take 3-5 days to clear back into your account. This delay is not down to us but banking protocols. You called serveral times during this process and we acted professionally and courteously at all times. We are sorry that you were dissappointed with our service. Kind Regards Garden Chic
