“Shoes are great, as they always are with Gabor. Delivery service used somewhat lacking tho! They were not left where I had requested, instead they had been thrown over the gate and were behind it where I couldn't see them as when the gates were open they were hidden from view.”

“just recently bought the Hooty court shoe. they are lovely just a little bit smarter than i was looking for. But i was restricted because i needed size 2.5 and these are suede. love the heel size just what i wanted. gabour are the only company who do my size and fit well.”

“Delivery was a little slow compared to other retailers, however when I rang to check on my order the call was dealt with promptly and my order was then sent out for next day delivery which was great. I also had a minor issue with reg sandals which again was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction.”

“Lovely white leather trainers. However, the sizing was very small. I usually wear a size 6 even in Gabor foot wear but after initially ordering a 6 and 6 1/2, I had to order a size 7 (which are a little big but comfortably so) hence the four stars”

“I bought a court shoe with small,wedge, cost £79.00! I am finding it hard to wear them in, heal section scratches me. Sole is already lifting and rippling. I won't send back as already sent one pair back. Won't buy again”

“The shoes and service have always been excellent. I had a glitch this time that the wrong colour were sent to me but that was remedied immediately when I rang Customer Service. A free returns label was sent to me straight away with my correct pair sent to me as soon as I confirmed despatch of the return. A point of feedback that, as a repeat customer, a goodwill gesture (for example a voucher to set against future spend) to apologise for the inconvenience of having to do the return and then wait in again for the delivery would have been a nice touch that you could consider going forward. This one issue has not however detracted from my view that you provide an excellent product and excellent customer service.”

“A fan of Gabor shoes but delivery partner not great, paid extra to deliver and still took 3 days, then had to pay £12 to return with track and trace as shoes too tight for size!”

“A smart and comfortable ballet pump in the core colours we all need (navy, black and beige) has been a very long time coming for Gabor since they discontinued the excellent Frost Ballet pump in beige and navy, only now sold in black. The style of the Ashlene pump is not quite as elegant as Frost but it makes a decent alternative.”

“I love the Gabor shoes I own because they are a G fitting and are anything but frumpy, which is usually the style that manufacturers think women with wider feet should have. However, not all Gabor shoes come in the wider fit, which is frustrating. I've just had to return a lovely pair of black courts because they were too narrow and actually hurt. Please make more wider fittings and I'll buy a lot more. I will be reluctant to buy in future because you charge for returns. No G fitting, no purchase.”

“I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes and a colleague recommended Gabor. I wore these to work as I have to be on my feet all day, initially they felt a bit loose as when I walk there is a gap at the sides of the shoes. They are getting better but I feel like I will need to wear these in. Not the instant comfort I was hoping for.”
