“Pleased with the shoes I ordered but bearing in mind when in mid March I first tried to order the colour I wanted (these are summer shoes) are no longer available.”

“Lanzarote toe loop sandals in antique silver. I am happy with my purchase although as yet I have not had the opportunity to wear them. However they seem comfortable, supportive and stylish. I would personally describe the colour as a metallic bronze. This is fine foe me as they will gowithseveral out fits but may be a disappointment for others who do required more silver tone”

“Unfortunately the sizing was confusing. I ordered what I thought was a US size 7 which it was not. It was equivalent to a US 8-9. There was not option given for an exchange. With the shipping cost and other taxes it was almost as much as I paid for the shoes. The shoes were beautiful and I would loved to have been able to wear them. I am rating them a 5 due to the exchange policy.”

“The speed of delivery was good unfortunate the shoes were too narrow and I had to retune them but again the speed of refund was excellent”

“The shoes were described as wide fit but didn’t seem to be at all, I’ve not got particularly wide feet but like plenty of room. They are beautiful shoes none the less and really well made. I will return to a local shop and see if a larger size might help.”

“I ordered these boots because they were supposed to be a wide fit. Unfortunately they were actually quite narrow. They were also too long in the foot and loose on the heel. Had to return.”

“I have been buying Gabor boots and shoes for years. They fitted me well, I liked the styles, and the quality has been really high. More recently produced ranges seem of less good quality. The whole sole of the boots I bought two years ago became unglued, and a repair did not last. I have since bought some more Gabor boots, and they seem to me to be of thinner materials, with a rougher finish in some of the parts, and less good fit.”

“As always very happy with gabor quality. Only thing downside with this particular model (Dando boot) I purchased is I'm very sorry they didn't have half sizes, so had to upsize. It fits OK but feels a bit wide. But I know size down would be too tight again. Otherwise they are very comfortable, soft and lightweight.”

“Boots were lovely but size 6 needed an xs calf which unfortunately was out of stock so ordered a few to choose from but all too big in the foot for me. Customer care very good, DpD delivery rubbish.”

“Love Gabor shoes and trainers though my latest purchase doesn’t fit quite so well; they’re longer. I measured them against my old pair of size 6.5 and I’m right, slightly longer which I notice when I walk. Will still always buy shoes from Gabor, but as with everything, better to buy from a shop rather than on line.”

“Although I have kept the shoes, I was disappointed that the colour was nothing like the picture on the internet. I bought them expecting grey and the arrived more like a taupe colour. They are very comfortable though and thats why I gave them 4 stars.”

“5 stars for a fantastic customer services. As for the boots it’s not bad but I don’t like the cut at the front ( front shape) as it wasn’t slim a bit puffy. Nevertheless the quality is so good. Unfortunately I had to return it since I didn’t like its shape. 4 stars for the boots”
