“The shoes were lovely but the style not being Velcro at the toe end of the shoe could not accommodate my larger foot. However having to pay postage to return Gabor are out of touch with many other businesses who offer free returns. I will not be purchasing on line again.”

“I desperately needed a size 6.5 shoe in the ruffle punched flat design to replace the size 7 that was a "boat"! I had to shop elsewhere online for a similar mint nubuck / menta shade. A lot of hassle to get a good Habit shoe for a wedding in three weeks' time...”

“I love my Gabor women's Waltz trainers and they look very stylish and are very comfortable, but still need better arch support. I wish that companies that make trainers could always have good arch support and not always have white soles. Why can't shoes be made like trainers in terms of comfort and support but look like normal shoes from the outside? These shoes are halfway there.”

“I am a big fan of Gabor shoes. They are really comfortable and unlike many companies do half sizes. I have ordered from them many times and never had a problem. Unfortunately this time the sandals looked like they had been worn and had a few quality issues so I had to return them.”

“I already owned a pair of these Gabor sandals. They are comfortable, easy to slip on, and recommended by my podiatrist for a fallen arch. Though it doesn't have a very strong arch support, they are wonderful to walk short distances.”

“Ordered a pair of trainers online. What arrived were shoes of two different shades. Disappointing, but of course good customer service is as much about correcting issues as it is about delivering the goods. I telephoned and spoke to a very nice gentleman who apologised profusely, sent me a pre-paid returns label and advised that I would be refunded as quickly as possible - which I was. Apart from the initial issue, can't fault the service at all.”

“Whilst I am happy with the service provided I am not happy about the sizing of your shoes across the different styles. I tried some Gabor shoes in a shop and identified I was a size 3.5. I ordered 2 different styles on the web but one of the styles was far too tight. I returned them and they have been exchanged efficiently for a size 4 but I have had to pay for the return which I think is unfair when your sizing is inconsistent.”

“Size has changed recently I was always a size 6 but now have had to get a 5.5. when comparing to my past Gabor purchases these shoes are still slightly bigger than my 6. I have been wearing Gabor shoes for many many many years now. Quality has remained reasonable for this present day.”

“Beautiful shoes. They weren't as comfortable for me as previous reviewers have said, my feet were hurting after a few hours wear. I suppose everyones feet are different. Excellent customer service from Charles Clinkard.”
