“Unfortunately shoes never fitted correctly due to my very high instep, had to send back. Couldn't believe how quickly my returned shoes were acknowledged. Would recommend using this Gabor website.”

“Usually pleased with Gabor shoes however I was asked to choose an option for where to leave the shoes if I was out. I did so but it was ignored and they went back to the post office.”

Thank you for your comments, If we send items out with a courier we are able to add comments but unfortunately Royal Mail do not offer this service. We are sorry that this happened and if you order in future you can give us a call on 0345 241 7742 (local rate charge) and we can add a note to send with courier rather than Royal Mail for you. “web site does not give enough information about many of your products - for eg, handbags: often no information re size, what materials they are made from and what they have inside in the way of pockets etc.”

“Check your orders carefully - I received the two pairs I ordered - well according to the description on the end of the box. Unfortunately, one pair had two entirely different styles of sandals in it!”

“I ordered two pairs of identical shoes in different colours. The beige is just about loose but the black fits so tight that I am thinking of taking them back to the shop. Puts me off buying shoes on the internet.”

“I ordered size 9 as the size guide said that this was 42 which is an English size 8. They were too big. I did like the shoes but as I had to pay my return postage I was not going to order a smaller size.”

“I have recently purchased a pair of Gabor boots from you as I had an incident with my previous pair and needed to replace them, however, they are not the same colour as I had previously and the picture on the website showed them as being dark tan, when i received my parcel yesterday they are a light tan, not the same as the photo or as I thought they would be, I am currently considering whether to keep them or not . Regards Debbie Lloyd”

“Unfortunately I did not retain the sandals I bought and I have returned them. They were a little too big, and I felt that for the price of £79, they did not look good enough. The White sole looked odd. In my opinion the shoe would be more attractive with a beige sole which toned with the raffia type wedge finish, and indeed, would look better with the metallic leather.”

“The ballerina pumps are feminine but practical, so comfortable and stylish. I have bought a pair for the second time in a different colour for summer in the Gabor sale. My only criticism is that they are not repairable: if you walk a lot as I do, the heels wear down quickly. This is common with shoes now that most people drive everywhere, but not very environmental.”
