“I love Gabor products so was very disappointed to receive my latest order of sandals and trainers. The trainers were packed well but the sandals arrived in a box which was broken and torn, without any tissue wrapping and one sandal, although the same size was much bigger. It looked like the box had been kicked around the floor a few times. So disappointed as the sandals were what I’d been looking for and needed them for a city break I was going on.”

“Just what I was looking for as a dressier flattish shoe for my size 9 wonky feet! I am a but disappointed they are not as wide fitting as I had hoped. Gabor are my go to shoe usually”

“I bought some lovely suede black boots. When they arrived the left boot was damaged. Gabor quickly remedied this by a full exchange. No problem”

“I like Gabor shoes, but I would like to see more wide and 1/2 sizes please. I'm a size 8 and never seems to be a lot of range and sometimes your 8's are just that little bit tight. I have suffered from 2 x blisters on each foot though so not good.”

“I have a few pairs of Gabor shoes and I absolutely love them. However, I recently bought a pair from John Lewis and the sizes seem to have changed. I am a UK size 5, but ended up in a size 4, which still was a tad too big. It hasn't put me off my favourite brand, but it's a bit annoying when you're ordering online,”

“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes as I have always loved Gabour shoes but normally purchased them in store, this store closed during the Pandemic. Both sets were size 6G. One pair fitted perfectly while the other was too small. Loved the shoes, but had to send one back and request a half size up. The return was at my own cost, not ideal for an online shop where the issue was clearly not my fault.”

“Wisdom Womens Casual Shoes Code: 1014334 I loved these but they were too tight, I would have loved to have ordered them in your wider fit D or D+ but were not available (not offered) in the wider fit which is a shame as I really did love the two-tone colour white/rose.”

“The shoes were good quality but unfortunately, were not suitable due to my narrow feet. However, the returns process is very poor. I had to create and print my label from scratch. Next time I'll order the products via another route.”
