there is a scratch on the marble table top what do I do

Product is ok and delivery was quick. However, there was no instructions with the item so it took a while to figure out which screws go where etc and so took time to put together!

My delivery arrived 2 days before the selected requested date, luckily I was there to receive it. I have built one one the chairs which I am disappointed with. One of the fittings on the base of the leg has not been drilled correctly and therefore does not allow the plastic protective cap to be screws in properly - result a wobbly chair!

Hi Kate Thank you for your review and sorry that you have had trouble with one of your chairs. You should have now received contact from us directly to help resolve this for you and we look forward to speaking to you soon. In terms of the delivery, as explained in our email, we did dispatch your chairs on the 6th December for a 9th December delivery as requested, however, what has happened is that DPD are trying to keep on top of deliveries in this busy Christmas period and where possible they attempt to deliver at the weekend as well. If you hadn't have been in, please be assured that they would have come back again on 9th December. We hope that helps and we will speak again soon. Best wishes Fusion Living

Chairs arrived and we love the colours and they are very comfortable. They arrived with no instructions tho and the green chair has 3 marks on it that look like grease!! We will be returning this one, hoping the customer service is good and we get a replacement fast! Without the missing instructions and marked seat, I would have given 5 stars.

Chairs are great but delivery was poor. Delivery man was unpleasant and refused to help my wife bring the chairs up a short flight of steps despite her being obviously pregnant!! Apparently he was "too busy". I would review the delivery company that you are using!!

Chair arrived quickly, however one washer was missing and one of the holes in one of the legs wasn't drilled correctly so we can't fit it to the seat.

Purchase process was really easy, payment went through straight away, they rang me to book delivery and it was delivered on time. However, mirror was shattered when I opened it, so going through return process right now. Hopefully they will refund me in full

As you know, we use a specialist courier for delivery of mirrors and fragile items and unfortunately on this occasion the item was damaged in transit. I was kept informed when my chair would be dispatched & delivered. It arrived a little later than the time slot allocated. The chair was well packaded. However my main problem was there were no instruction to put the chair together & it was fiddly to assemble. I seem to be left with 4 smalk screws but not sure where these go?

Good morning Thank you for your Review and we are sorry there weren't any instructions in the box. This has been fed back to our warehouse. Looking at your order it would seem that the four small screws, if they are the black ones, are to screw the metal brackets that go underneath the legs. They aren't essential to use in terms of the strength /durability of the chair but are more decorative. Bought two chairs. One is perfect. One is broken so I’ve got to send it back. Massively disappointing.

I did receive a very polite email to inform me that the chair which was advertised was not available until May. I had already paid, and thought it reasonable to ask for a discount. This was declined.

The email you would have received would have been to review our customer service as opposed to the product, which would be emailed to you once you had received your chairs. Our chest of drawers (shabby chic cream painted chest of drawers - £189) arrived today. We were expecting minimal assembly as it states...'most of our furniture arrives fully assembled, however, some of our pieces may require the very minimum of assembly'...our chest of drawers came flat pack and it had to be build piece by piece. The product looks very nice and we are happy with it but we were expecting better quality and it to be a bit heavier due to the price. We also weren't given enough grip screws for the drawer handles, we had extra pieces in the house, different to what we really needed but it worked. We were also told the delivery people would be in touch to arrange delivery but they weren't and simply turned up. We are happy with the size and look of the piece.

Hi Jenny Thanks for taking the time to write your review. Your clock is scheduled for dispatch this afternoon and will be delivered tomorrow 28th July. Regarding the email you received asking you to review our Customer Service, this is related to your experience dealing with Fusion Living whilst placing your order e.g. if you had to call or email and the level of service you received. Therefore, this email does often arrive before your items have actually been received, so apologies for any confusion caused. Once you have received your clock, you will then receive an email a week or so later asking you to review the actual product. We hope that is ok. Best wishes Fusion Living

Table arrived with no washers & a dented base. Delivery driver left table out on the busy road & would not carry it inside.

Hi Hannah Thank you for your Review. We are sorry to hear that the table arrived with no washers and a dented base. We will make contact directly with you to discuss getting this replaced for you and also about how the delivery took place. The driver should always obtain a signature before handing the goods over, so nothing should every be left outside. Hopefully you will also have seen in the product information that we advise that this table is delivered on a pallet and that the delivery driver will deliver to your doorstep only. This is due to insurance purposes in that the drivers are not ensured to manoeuvre goods directly into the property. We will make contact directly to discuss further with you. We hope this helps.
