The chair arrived in good time and well packed. However, the screws and washers were not secure in the plastic bag, and were scattered throughout the cardboard box. Also, the cardboard box was not sealed properly, meaning the screws and washers were falling out of the box before I had a chance to open it. This has resulted in me being one washer short. I’ll see if I can obtain a spare washer from somewhere but if not, I’ll request another to be sent.
