“I placed an order for 6 Soho Blush Pink Plastic Dining Chairs with Chrome legs but not before I requested a fabric sample which came very quickly. I was able to specify a delivery date and they were delivered within the allocated time slot. The whole process was efficient and easy and Michelle in customer services was extremely helpful. I'm delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend Fusion Living”

“Superb chairs; exactly what I was hoping for. Widest range of colours available and really comfortably designed for my bad back Only problem was I paid for premium delivery (before 10.30am) but I had to wait till the next day. But Fusion instantly refunded me the £26 delivery charge. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommended!!!!”

“Bought a Tulip dining table from Fushion a few years ago and absolutely love it, and recently — after searching for comfortable wishbone chairs, unsuccessfully — tried to buy some Fushion Tulip chairs to go with the table. The chairs were wonderful, but, sadly, it didn’t work out. That said, returns turned out to be a breeze so I’m even more impressed than before. A+++”

“I have yet to receive the item and have had no confirmation from the courier that the item has even been received by the Sender, despite having had an email a week ago from Fusion saying the item has been dispatched.”

“It was a very long wait for dining chairs due to shipment delays but they're 100% worth the wait. They are great quality and look fabulous. Any time I needed to speak to one of the team they were great too, wonderful customer service.”
