“Extremely happy with our comfortable Eiffel inspired chairs. We did have a problem with a couple of the chairs when they arrived but the customer service was outstanding and replacement parts received the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.”

“Excellent customer service... I can't recommend Carley highly enough. Although there was a problem with the paint on the legs of the chairs, they were proactive in resolving the matter efficiently. Great communication.”

“Great purchase of Eiffel Chairs in black. However, the leg on one chair has lost some of the black paint. I didn't report it or return it as I am sure black paint will cover it. I am sure if I had the company would have replaced it.”

“I was very pleased with the chairs themselves. However I did struggle with the assembly part, i.e. fixing brackets and wooden legs, then onto underneath part of seat. A drawing with instructions would be invaluable.”

“My delivery arrived 2 days before the selected requested date, luckily I was there to receive it. I have built one one the chairs which I am disappointed with. One of the fittings on the base of the leg has not been drilled correctly and therefore does not allow the plastic protective cap to be screws in properly - result a wobbly chair!”

Hi Kate Thank you for your review and sorry that you have had trouble with one of your chairs. You should have now received contact from us directly to help resolve this for you and we look forward to speaking to you soon. In terms of the delivery, as explained in our email, we did dispatch your chairs on the 6th December for a 9th December delivery as requested, however, what has happened is that DPD are trying to keep on top of deliveries in this busy Christmas period and where possible they attempt to deliver at the weekend as well. If you hadn't have been in, please be assured that they would have come back again on 9th December. We hope that helps and we will speak again soon. Best wishes Fusion Living
