“Really happy with the table itself though the delivery guy didn’t bring it up to my flat. He made me take it up myself as he couldn’t be bothered to take it up one flight of stairs”

“I hardly ever bother to write reviews but I was so impressed with the service. Someone actually got back to me without me having to chase, and kept me informed of when my table would arrive. Table arrived on the day it was supposed to and the table is exactly what we were expecting. Thank you Carley. You have been brilliant.”

“The customer service from fusion living is amazing, ordered a chair and at checkout clicked the incorrect payment type (Klarna) called the company on the Monday morning spoke to a lovely lady who’s customer service was amazing very friendly she advised me how to make the payment with Klarna without any issue. The chair arrived in 3 days and is stunning. Thanks fusion living very happy customer”

“Hi thanks for advising the chairs are on their way. Can just check that there’s another black chair which I ordered first, before the three chairs which I’ve been notified about. We discussed all four chairs arriving together. Can you confirm this? Thanks”

“Really please with these Eiffel inspired chairs. They’re comfortable, sturdy but easy to put together, and look great. We bought a mixture of different colours and they really brighten up the room. Delivery was also quick and efficient too.”

“I’m very happy with the table but I was never given any means of tracing delivery after it was dispatched and when the driver arrived he just left the heavy table off me to bring upstairs to the first floor by myself with my partner. He didn’t deliver to my actual flat !!”

“Great chairs! Comfortable and very stylist. Perfect for our moderns kitchen. During delivery 2 chairs were damaged; however the customer service was excellent and new chairs were dispatched immediately to replace the damaged ones.”
