“The chair arrived in good time and well packed. However, the screws and washers were not secure in the plastic bag, and were scattered throughout the cardboard box. Also, the cardboard box was not sealed properly, meaning the screws and washers were falling out of the box before I had a chance to open it. This has resulted in me being one washer short. I’ll see if I can obtain a spare washer from somewhere but if not, I’ll request another to be sent.”

Thank you for taking the time to write a Review for us. We are very sorry that the screws were not sealed properly and it seems one has escaped from the box. We check all items before they leave our warehouse but it appears on this occasion the box has possibly become split/slightly unsealed in transit and has resulted in the washer being lost. We can of course send a new washer to you in the post. Best wishes Fusion Living

“Highly recommend Fusion Living and will definitely order from this company again. Carley in customer services was fantastic. We ordered 8 Eiffel chairs but changed our mind on the colours once ordered. We spoke to Carley who sorted it all out with no problems even when I changed my mind again (!) she was polite, patient and extremely helpful with helping me choose different colours. We were very impressed by the quality of the chairs especially for such a reasonable price. Delivery and packaging were all great. We were informed when delivery would arrive from DPD. Excellent service. All in time for Christmas! Thanks Fusion, especially to Carley she is a credit to your company.”

“Really happy with the table itself though the delivery guy didn’t bring it up to my flat. He made me take it up myself as he couldn’t be bothered to take it up one flight of stairs”

“I hardly ever bother to write reviews but I was so impressed with the service. Someone actually got back to me without me having to chase, and kept me informed of when my table would arrive. “The customer service from fusion living is amazing, ordered a chair and at checkout clicked the incorrect payment type (Klarna) called the company on the Monday morning spoke to a lovely lady who’s customer service was amazing very friendly she advised me how to make the payment with Klarna without any issue. The chair arrived in 3 days and is stunning. Thanks fusion living very happy customer”
