“We recently bought four kitchen chairs from Fusion. The chairs themselves were excellent, but the customer service was outstanding, We had a need to switch the coulour of a seat pad. This was done without fuss, argument or delay. It was good, old-fashioned personal service.....I didn't have to ''press 1 to be annoyed''. Thank you especially to Carley and Michelle. I highly recommend this company.”

“The service as excellent. I ordered on a Sunday then realised I had made a mistake on the order so emailed and received an email back the next day sorting it all out. Order arrived that Wednesday. My chairs are lovely and good quality and excellent value. Very happy all round”

“I spent nearly £1810.75 and bought 22 x Fusion Living Soho Plastic Dining Chair with Squared Dark Wood Legs (11 x red and 11 x black) and 4 x Fusion Living Soho Plastic Bar Stool with Dark Wood Legs (2 x red and 2 x black with dark wooden legs), for my restaurant. Since day 1 we had issues with the wooden legs, couple of them were replaced. Legs are ment for repeated use, not strong to hold the weight. As the jointsvare not glued or fixed properly it becomes loose. Now all 26 chairs are broken and I had to replace all.”

“I’ve got so much help from Michelle, a customer service and sales manager. I had to do my house photoshoot and viewing to sell my house. I needed matching chairs urgently, and thanks to her i got the items on time and successfully finished tasks. Thank you Michelle.”
