“I’ve got so much help from Michelle, a customer service and sales manager. I had to do my house photoshoot and viewing to sell my house. I needed matching chairs urgently, and thanks to her i got the items on time and successfully finished tasks. Thank you Michelle.”

I got in touch to ask if I could see photos of a couple of chairs from their outlet sale, just to check their marks / defects, and Michelle was amazing at helping me with this. She sent multiple photos and ensured the warehouse delivered the correct chair once I placed my order. What a star!”

“Excellent customer service and good quality chairs. Delivered to south of France with no hiccups. Easy to assemble. The rotating mechanism is smooth and the finish is good Hopefully the the white plastic won’t yellow over time. Shame we couldn’t get the matching Marble table - but I understand the risks of damage with the very heavy weight, multiple carriers and innate fragility of marble. Will be the first place we look in the future.”

“Excellent products and services. Delivery in France was quicker than expected, Chelsea chairs are very beautiful ! “I ordered the black Wishbone Chairs with the natural hemp seat. Payment and delivery were quick and straightforward, though I would have appreciated a tracking number earlier — I only received one once the delivery driver was at my door. The chairs themselves are beautiful. They’re slightly bulkier than the original design classic, but I personally don’t mind at all. I absolutely enjoy having them in my home and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a purchase.”

“Not having heard of the company before, I was dubious about making an expensive purchase but very glad I did.
