“Ordered 2 dining room chairs quite close to Christmas, one was faulty. Contacted the company with photos and they sent an email with a new tracing number for the replacement on next day delivery.”

“Superb chairs; exactly what I was hoping for. Widest range of colours available and really comfortably designed for my bad back Only problem was I paid for premium delivery (before 10.30am) but I had to wait till the next day. But Fusion instantly refunded me the £26 delivery charge. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommended!!!!”

“Bought a Tulip dining table from Fushion a few years ago and absolutely love it, and recently — after searching for comfortable wishbone chairs, unsuccessfully — tried to buy some Fushion Tulip chairs to go with the table. The chairs were wonderful, but, sadly, it didn’t work out. That said, returns turned out to be a breeze so I’m even more impressed than before. A+++”

“I have yet to receive the item and have had no confirmation from the courier that the item has even been received by the Sender, despite having had an email a week ago from Fusion saying the item has been dispatched.”

“It was a very long wait for dining chairs due to shipment delays but they're 100% worth the wait. They are great quality and look fabulous. Any time I needed to speak to one of the team they were great too, wonderful customer service.”

“I had to pre order the stools I wanted so knew I would have to wait for them.They arrived today after several weeks of waiting but they are gorgeous and were definitely worth waiting for . The team in the service centre are friendly helpful and kept me up to date with my order .Thank you”

“Quick delivery. Unfortunately we received the wrong colour chair. However the friendly, helpful personal service and support from the customer support team was brilliant. They arranged for a pick up and changed a product quicker than 1st time delivery. Easy without any hiccups.”
