“Ordered 2 tv units, When delivered one was damaged, Informed them to say one was damaged they were picked up the next day, My payment was put back in to my account a few days later. All in all this Company were excellent and very understanding, Thank You.”

“Initially the wrong size blind was sent, but as soon as I emailed and called the issue was rectified immediately. Incorrect blind collected by courier and correct blind delivered in super quick time and looks fantastic. Very happy with the service. Mistakes happen but this was dealt with apologetically and swiftly so would definitely buy from this company again.”

“Service was generally great, but the only shortcoming is that Furniture World completely out-source delivery. So, they are not able to agree dates themselves, only pass on preferences to their outside provider. Not as joined up as it could be.”

“The showroom guy new his stuff and was not pushy, I then ordered on line, the delivery was confirmed over the phone and the guys who delivered were helpful. All.in all a very good retail experience”

“Furniture is really nice exactly what I wanted and very good quality. Only downside was two chaps that delivered it refused to help me unwrap it or take wrappings with them.”

“The service itself was good, good communication, the delivery was trouble free, the men were helpful and courteous. My only complaint is the cost of delivery. Having spent £2,500, I would have expected free delivery, but it was £30 delivery, £30 to remove the packaging and take the mattress upstairs, and another £25 to remove the old mattress, £85 in all!”

“The ordered items were a good price and look good as expected when they arrived. The delivery was a bit slow and later than first anticipated but on a positive they are here. We would use FW again and would have put 5 had it not been for the time. This is a very positive review.”

“We have been so happy with the service from Don from plymouth store and when we had to wait nearly year for complet bed he did everything he could but the store manager is soo rude and not helpful she blames everything on the employee and won't take any responsibility at all or help out even though we have brought everything from the store and for failed customers u get treat bad from store manager but staff are great. And when the store manager say she going to be in she not half the time she off and she won't speak to people face to face only behind desk on the computer”

“Price was great and delivery very quick. The product was extremely well packed so arrived in good shape. It would have been a 5/5 except that one of the drawer handles was missing and the replacement was lost in the post so it took a few days to get sorted. After sales service very good though so just an oversight and bad luck. Very good supplier.”

“Good quality product, came assembled, which saved a lot of time, even had delivery of 2nd item which said was out of stock and would be on back order, at the same time as the first item, which was 48hrs. Overall, very impressed.”
