“Love the coffee table, it’s a good weight, wooden legs have quality feel, top looks genuinely like travertine but with being composite not as heavy and non-porous. Only complaint is it was advertised as a nest of tables, but you only get 1. When I re-checked the small print I saw the smaller (nest type) table is an extra £199. I might’ve bought it but too late now with an extra £35 postage not worth it.”

“Excellent dressing table but you have to be prepared to wait several weeks for delivery from ordering. States “delivery from” on the website so just bare in mind that the wait times maybe a lot longer”

“I found the ordering process overly complicated, especially add on’s, like stain guard, being per seat, rather than per item? It got sorted out eventually and paid for separately, but could not be added to the original documentation, after initial order was placed?”

“Brought two sideboards 1 came very quickly although I had to phone to find out when is it due and the second one took ages to come but I think this was outside of there control although the day I re chose it did not come on that day so I had to rearrange another day”

“I had to wait quite a few weeks longer than expected for the delivery of my sideboard ,but it was worth it .The delivery men were very efficient ,and my sideboard is great ,good quality ,and looks lovely in my living room .”

“The drawers I ordered took 4 months to arrive from my order date. The shipping dates were postponed a couple of times but furnitureworld staff were prompt with their replies to my queries. The item arrived extremely well packaged.”

“The original delivery estimate went from 2 weeks to over 9 weeks by the time of delivery. In my case my wife is heavily pregnant so this was not good at all. The delivery guys themselves did a great job and took it right upstairs with a heavy mattress on awkward stairs”

“The table and bench are really great I love them, delivery a bit tricky to organise with notification the day before making it quite hard to make sure someone can be in at such short notice, other than that very pleased.”

“Ordering was easy. Samples sent quickly to decide on colour and materials. Lead time was sooner than expected. Overall very happy. Delivery not so good. You have outsourced to a company with little experience in delivering large pieces of furniture.”

“Ordered 2 tv units, When delivered one was damaged, Informed them to say one was damaged they were picked up the next day, My payment was put back in to my account a few days later. All in all this Company were excellent and very understanding, Thank You.”
