“The service itself was good, good communication, the delivery was trouble free, the men were helpful and courteous. My only complaint is the cost of delivery. Having spent £2,500, I would have expected free delivery, but it was £30 delivery, £30 to remove the packaging and take the mattress upstairs, and another £25 to remove the old mattress, £85 in all!”

“The ordered items were a good price and look good as expected when they arrived. The delivery was a bit slow and later than first anticipated but on a positive they are here. We would use FW again and would have put 5 had it not been for the time. This is a very positive review.”

“We have been so happy with the service from Don from plymouth store and when we had to wait nearly year for complet bed he did everything he could but the store manager is soo rude and not helpful she blames everything on the employee and won't take any responsibility at all or help out even though we have brought everything from the store and for failed customers u get treat bad from store manager but staff are great. And when the store manager say she going to be in she not half the time she off and she won't speak to people face to face only behind desk on the computer”

“Price was great and delivery very quick. The product was extremely well packed so arrived in good shape. It would have been a 5/5 except that one of the drawer handles was missing and the replacement was lost in the post so it took a few days to get sorted. After sales service very good though so just an oversight and bad luck. Very good supplier.”

“Good quality product, came assembled, which saved a lot of time, even had delivery of 2nd item which said was out of stock and would be on back order, at the same time as the first item, which was 48hrs. Overall, very impressed.”

“Good product at a good price. Fully matched expectations. Delivery quick and on-time via Parcelforce (who need to come into the 21st century and include a delivery time in their app. Who’s going to wait-in all day?).”

“really like the furniture but the delivery service from dx delivery was very poor. told delivery woukd be thursday 11th April bo delivery then promised would be with me within the hour at 3pm on 12th. By 6pm still no delivery. 2 days wasted. eventually arrived on Monday 15th.”

“The plus side is constant communication from the company so you are always aware of when the item is going to turn up. The driver was polite and pleasant and the furniture seems of decent quality. My issue is that it is delivered packaged up and I had to sign to say I had received in good condition. Firstly I am getting on a bit and had hoped to have it placed in situ as your advertising hints - 'ready to go' without wrestling with cardboard and tape and secondly I would not have seen any faults before accepting. Maybe give the delivery man a bit more time to deliver properly?”

Good morning Julie, we are sorry to read that you were disappointed that the item wasn't as 'ready to go' as you had hoped. We will look into our wording on the website, as we described items that are ready to go, as those that do not need assembling and are not flat packed items and therefore once out of the box are 'ready to go' Thank you for the 4-star review and for complimenting us on our communication and we will work with our couriers to allow customers more time to view items before the courier leaves.
