“We ordered 2 Smoked Painted Blue Oak Large Coffee Tables which were delivered within a reasonable time. They phoned to arrange delivery date and delivery went well. We often have problems with deliveries as we have a limited access drive, but they took this onboard and used an appropriate vehicle to make the delivery. When we unpacked the 2 tables one of them had damage to 2 of its drawers. We phoned immediately and they handled the call well. They arranged with their supplier to send us a replacement which we've now received as promised. So in summary service has been excellent.”
