“We have just had a three seat sofa delivered. Perfect time, 08.30 hrs. The two gentlemen who delivered it were excellent. Karl ( hope the spelling is correct) and Andy thank you for the fast and hassle free delivery.”

“Great service in terms of delaying delivery date to suit and excellent support when, unbeknownst to them, the courier kept messing about with when they'd deliver. A really lovely company so much better than some of the larger national furniture retailers I could mention....but won't!”

“The cost of this sofa was the best I could find. They kept me informed of progress with the order. The courier was difficult to deal with to change the delivery date, although the men worked hard on the day. The transaction with Furniture World passed off smoothly and I would use them again.”

“The two guys that delivered my La-Z boy arrived earlier than the time slot, really helpful, polite & courteous. They did encounter one problem, due to an error somewhere along the line, they were attempting to deliver it to No. 25 Old Wargrave Road! There is no No. 25 ,had I not been looking out for them, they may have scratched their heads & then have to phone me & one guy it appeared to me, didn't speak English & the other guy's English wasn't good. Other than that, I'm happy with the service provided.”
