“Excellent service ordered online kept us up to date as to when it would be delivered,when made it was delivered exactly as they promised Very pleased with the suite and the price and quality Would definitely recommend them to anyone .”

“I first had contact via live chat to ask some questions, after I ordered I changed my mind and contacted them by email and they changed my order no problem. Delivery was quicker than I had been quoted elsewhere for the same product, very satisfied with the service”

“Furniture world no problem at all delivery company absolutely useless. Tried to deliver half My settee and said will deliver the rest in a few days as the van is fully booked out now 🤷‍♂️ but furniture world sorted it and was delivered next day”

“Item ordered following the clarification of the detail of the piece of furniture with customer service. Item arrived within the timescale and delivered with care. Unfortunately, some of the fixings were missing, but this was dealt with promptly and I am pleased with the purchase and service. Thank you!”
