I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery service you recently received . I can see from our email thread that you were in communication with our sales team at the time of ordering and inquired if the item would be unpacked and assembled for the £30 , you were informed that the item would only be delivered to the room of choice and that you were happy with the response given . We do not offer the option of an assembly service on our website , as we are unable to offer this service at this time .

I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with your recent delivery , we email all customers at least twice before items from this range are delivered to make sure that they are aware of the weight and packaging . Our website also clearly states the weight and how the product will arrive upon delivery , this is to ensure our customers are aware that the larger marble tops will be delivered crated for protection .

“First time buying furniture from Furniture World, they were excellent. I was kept informed about stock level and delivery. Delivery was excellent. The item unfortunately had to be returned as it didn’t match the other items in the room. I discussed the return the very next day with FW and 2 days later it was collected and my return was issued very quickly. Excellent customer service.”

“Ordered the Ralph upholstered bed from start to finish really easy to order was updated all the time when bed would roughly arrive due to being made received it two weeks earlier than predicted, really made up! Service quality communication no faults whatsoever Thank you keep up the good work 👍🏻”

“Your company has been brilliant from start to finish, everyone I have dealt with has been extremely efficient, polite and friendly (nothing too much trouble) not to mention emails replied to promptly with answers that answer the actual questions - rare these days!. We had to wait for delivery after purchase as we were having carpets fitted and you held the furniture and then everything worked with delivery as you said it would. We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture too. I will definitely shop with you again”

“Emails were ambiguous using phrases such as "estimated expected delivery date of 26th September" but by that date I had heard nothing so chased up the company. A later email stated it was then booked for "delivery to their warehouse by 5th October" and then they would book delivery with their courier. I would not use the company again as I prefer a business that proactively keeps me informed and is honest about dates rather than vague.”
