“I ordered my coffee table and side table online. I had a query regarding the delivery time and I received a response timeously that was most helpful. The communication regarding dispatch and delivery was excellent. When the items were delivered, they were extremely well packaged and we were absolutely delighted with the finish of both tables. Real craftsmanship. The delivery crew were courteous and arrived according to the specified time. I would thoroughly recommend.”

“We are really pleased with our new sofa. Although we had to wait a while and we were fully informed of this when it was ordered, it was worth the wait. The salesman was more than knowledgeable of the products we bought and we felt no pressure to place our order. The warehouse staff were very understanding and couldn’t have been more helpful to arrange delivery. The delivery drivers were extremely polite and respectful when delivering and took all the packaging. This team work is why we always use Furniture world. 10/10”
