Initially the wrong size blind was sent, but as soon as I emailed and called the issue was rectified immediately. Incorrect blind collected by courier and correct blind delivered in super quick time and looks fantastic. Very happy with the service. Mistakes happen but this was dealt with apologetically and swiftly so would definitely buy from this company again.
