“Three lengths of the timber were really poor. Significant splits on 2 and 1 that had major imperfections rendering it not straight. Not the usual quality expected and probably won’t purchase from them again. If I hadn’t been rushing to get the kids to school, I wouldn’t have accepted delivery.”

“Not only did I get the wrong delivery twice putting me a day (and several people’s wages) behind, but the delivery driver argued with my colleague when she pointed out the delivery was wrong and told her she should ‘just ignore’ the quantity part of the delivery note - I ordered 50m of panel mould and received 1 length of some kind of offcut… it wasn’t even close! The moulding I then got to replace it was also the wrong size and the staff on the phone in store also tried to argue with me and told me it was due to the difference between timber size and planed finish (it wasn’t). Really unimpressed with the way my colleague and I were spoken to - can’t help but wonder whether it has something to do with not being a man. The only apology or remuneration I got for this massive waste of time, money and effort was the delivery charge refunded - £36 refunded after spending £350 on timber and wasting £500 on wages for a wasted day of work. I’ll just go to my local timber merchant next time.”

“Have used Fulham Timber a few times and I find them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Their wood products are of a good standard and reasonably priced. Their delivery service is competitive. I have found the delivery men helpful, friendly and polite. What more could you want. Would highly recommend them.”

“Good product, I couldn't get the scotia I needed locally, 20 lengths. Also the price was very competitive, being several pounds cheaper, even with delivery costs! When I messaged them I recieved a reply very promptly, I had to delay the delivery by one day but no issues with delivery. I would definitely use them again.”

“All orders, from myself & separate orders from my husband arrived within the specified time windows. We did have 1 item missing & it was delivered the next day without fuss. All the drivers were polite & delivered the items to where we wanted them. Would definitely recommend & use again.”

“Some of the timber was rougher then I expected but was able to sand that down. One piece has split at one end that I had to glue and stick together which was disappointing. However the delivery was quick.”
