“Easy to deal with. Answered the phone immediately, no frustrating voice messages to press "1" etc... Excellent understanding of my issue and advice. The engineer who came out (Michael), was absolutely superb. His manner was impeccable and his obvious knowledge of the issue was admiral. He explained things clearly and had my car up and running in just over two hours. Superb service, and I'd highly recommend this company to anyone like me who has limited knowledge of car engines.
