He was most friendly, courteous and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble. He made a disastrous situation into a laughable one that will remain as a memorable event for all the better reasons than the dreadful ones. He remained close by as I refuelled my car and followed me a short distance as I drove off. What a Superstar!”
