“Rude, confusing & unprofessional - My employee had mistakenly filled up our diesel vehicle with unleaded and Initially the service was great with a very quick response time. However, as soon as the job was complete which was 12.44 and after already paying the initial fee , at 12.45 I received a call from Fuelfixer to settle the balance, this happened as I was entering a clients house to do a quote (which I was running late for due to the incident). I mentioned this to fuelfixer and they agreed to call me back in 45 minutes once I had left my clients home to take the payment. Unfortunately within 10 mins I started receiving calls from fuel fixer which I initially ignored as I was with a client. They kept on calling constantly one after another with no pause until I had no choice but to answer at 13.06. I explained that I was stood with a client and that I had already spoken with them where they had agreed to call me back at 13.30. There was no compassion at all from Ryan and instead he was challenging and argumentative towards me which was not only embarrassing for me whilst I was stood next to my client but could also have an impact and on the outcome of whether we get the job or not. Rude, confusing and unprofessional. 0 stars for politeness & communication. 4 stars for response.,”

“Very polite on the phone explained what will happen and how long they would be at the car which was spot on , The driver kept in touch a few times letting me know how long he would be here and when he had arrived , the driver explained what he will do and the process he was also spoke very well , he was spot on”

“I was told clearly over the phone (twice) that the total price to remove the fuel included £20 for the fuel itself. My wife also heard and confirmed this. But when the engineer arrived, he said he wasn’t instructed to include fuel. I called again and they blamed it on miscommunication. Very disappointing and unprofessional.”
