“Although the technician who responded to my misfuelling incident did a good job and took remarkably short time to do the fuel drain but I wasn't at all pleased with the way my call was handled the previous evening. The operator who quoted a figure and then asked for a hundred pounds deposit which wasn't deducted from the first figure on completion of the job. I felt and still feel it was very underhand of him not to reflect the deposit on the final invoice. Rotten tomatoes!!”

“After I was a Doris and put diesel in my car instead of petrol, I rang fuel fixers and the guy on the phone put me at ease no judgement, I explained where I was with no postcode he found me & sent Aidy the closest person to me, 28 minutes he was with me & half hour to get me back on the road, Aidy even followed me to the petrol station just in case my car failed to start, what a top notch service & I’ll be telling anyone who will listen what a great service & can’t thank them enough”

“I guess it's more usual for people to put diesel in a petrol car but I managed to put diesel in my petrol motorbike!( in my defence I had travelled overnight and was on the M4 on my way back home) I was recovered 'to a safe location' by a leading breakdown service who then failed to get there Fuel Assist to contact me. Biblical rain and I've been up for over 24 hours. Fuel Fixer arrived in 20 minutes ( yes twenty). I was mobile again in about 30 minutes. I should have taken the FF guys name. He was a star. 5*'s all round.”

“The service in unkind if you attend to me including at least Five litters would be fair if you drain my fuel and leave me without fuel that's a bit too hard and shows you done care , I was shocked that I had to buy fuel after the fuel was drained”
