“Fast service”

“Excellent service had me back on the road in under an hour. Michael was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Fuel Fixer.”

Helpful Report

“Overall service very good, the chap came out and was very good. The chap on the phone was also good however didn’t tell me what the overall price was. I paid for the £50 deposit and he told me I would have to pay for additional diesel £20 and whatever the difference was, wasn’t expecting the difference was going to be £385??”

Helpful Report

“Can’t fault the service , however was a very expensive mistake to have made , £290 plus VAT for 20 minutes work plus loss of fuel”

Helpful Report

“the engineer turned up promptly and although it was dark and raining he completed the drainage in an hour and advised me to refuel the car and to change the fuel filter”

Helpful Report

“Very impressed. Chap was efficient and pleasant”

Helpful Report

“I cancelled the request and I am waiting for someone to reply to my email about refunding my deposit”

Helpful Report

“Didn’t have to wait long. Lovely man came. Put cones out to protect area. Fully emptied tank, washed system out. Put some deisel in. Jump started my car & it’s been fine since. Well done. My only negative point was the cost. I thought it was rather expensive for the half hour it took & while I know they have to get rid of the fuel, upkeep van etc I do feel slightly more out of pocket than I anticipated. Still that’ll teach me , a costly mistake!! Thank you Sue”

“It was very expensive but very efficient”

“Very good service but at a heavy cost. Shame you can't spell my name correctly.”

Helpful Report

“I contacted Fuel Fixer for a friend who had put diesel in her petrol car, was away from her home town and was getting very low on mobile battery. Both the guy on the phone (I think his name was Dylan?) and the guy who attended were extremely helpful and understanding. They arrived within 40 minutes and made sure that my friend then had petrol to get home. While it is an expensive mistake, it is easily (sadly) done and it is great to know it can be sorted reasonably quickly. Thank you.”
